Today, September 7th is the International Day of Clean Air for blue skies!
93% of the world’s children are breathing polluted air. It’s a global problem. You can act now, where you are. We want clean air so our children can be free to play, breathe and live outside. Apart from the soot challenges in Port Harcourt, generally, the air pollution data in Nigeria is worrisome and government, corporations, organisations, and individuals have responsibilities to put this to an end.
According to #parentforfuture : Air pollution is invisible, but it’s time for us to see this giant problem. The effect on the children’s health such as asthma, coughing, tiredness, eye irritation and developmental problems cannot be overlooked.
Connect with families around the world and be part of the solution.
